This Shipping Policy outlines how Dashhosted handles the shipment of physical products to our customers. While we primarily offer digital services, we occasionally ship hardware components, promotional materials, and other physical items to our customers.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Processing Time

All orders for physical products are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Options

Dashhosted offers the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is finalized.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States. International orders, orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, and orders under $100 will be charged applicable shipping fees.

For eligible Enterprise customers, we may offer free shipping on hardware components as part of your service agreement. Please refer to your specific contract for details.

International Shipping

Dashhosted ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees that may be imposed by their country's government. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the shipping carrier or local postal service upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package's status using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website. For assistance with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any of the following issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date:

  • Missing or lost packages
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Partial orders

For damaged packages, please take photos of the damage before opening the package fully, as this documentation may be required for claims processing.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international shipping regulations and export restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain products to specific countries. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse shipping to areas with known delivery issues or high fraud rates.
