5. Service Level Agreement

Dashhosted strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. In the event of service disruption:

  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
  • Service credits will be provided according to our SLA policy for qualifying outages
  • Credits must be requested within 30 days of the service disruption

6. Data Backup and Security

While we implement security measures and backup systems, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to your actions or omissions
  • We may perform backups as a courtesy, but do not guarantee their availability
  • You must implement appropriate security measures for your hosted content

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • You may cancel recurring services through your account dashboard
  • We may terminate services for violation of these terms with reasonable notice
  • Upon termination, you are responsible for transferring your data before account closure
  • Data may be permanently deleted after termination according to our data retention policy
  • No refunds will be issued for early termination of prepaid services

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of Dashhosted and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree that:
